As HR Operations Manager, Mario is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll accounting to offboarding. He joined HTGF in 2021 as Junior HR Manager in the P&C team after completing his studies in psychology, organisational development and management. After travelling the world from 2024 to 2025, he returned to the P&C team in June 2025 as a parental leave replacement. In his free time, Mario enjoys all kinds of sports activities.

Where is a special place for you?
The underwater world has fascinated me since I got my OWD 2021 – from whale sharks and colorful reefs to the adrenaline rush of exciting night dives.
What is special about your work at a venture capitalist?
Highly educated colleagues in a wide range of disciplines and high-tech deal pipelines inspire me.
What positive changes have you seen in the past five years?
The increasing openness of technology to SMEs and corporations is driving the need for innovation.
